The Media Services staff worked tirelessly over the summer to design a new, online check-out system. Should faculty, staff, or students need cameras, lights, microphones, or any other equipment offered by media services, they can simply go here and log in with their Gustavus username and password. After reading an agreement, users can check out equipment for which they are approved. To pick up the equipment (between the hours listed on the agreement) students MUST have their Gustavus Identification card. Faculty and staff should bring appropriate identification.
As an update to this new system, Media Services is now able to take requests for large format printing in the Virtual Office.
